Relationships are complex and can be challenging.

Our programs are designed to empower individuals and encourage them to live their best life – abuse free.

Programs

Living Well

The Living Well Program encourages support, connection, and wellbeing for older adults by promoting healthy aging and positive relationships which strengthen seniors to live well. Through an online video series, resources, and group sessions (when available), seniors learn more about the positive things they can do to boost their wellbeing and maintain healthy relationships.

Here’s what keeps SENIORS living well:

  • Supportive family and friends
  • Social connection and participation in activities
  • Access to information on elder abuse
  • Education about personal and legal rights
  • Building healthy coping strategies and skills
  • Confident personality traits and high self-esteem
  • Positive lifestyle habits that promote wellbeing
